Customer Service Officer

About the role

This position is responsible for the provision of great customer service and administrative duties communicating with SG Fleet's existing client base.

As a Customer Service Officer you will

  • Effectively respond to enquiries and educate the customer to ensure that they have received all the information to make decisions regarding leasing a vehicle
  • Comprehensively learn and understand SG Fleet’s products, processes, contract types and services and provide support and advice to customers on these
  • Process customer requests on behalf of or via other teams/ parties whilst always being conscious of the end-to-end delivery stream that is invisible to the external customer
  • Resolve customer complaints through following the Customer Complaint Management Process
  • Assist with customer reporting and data analysis as required and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintain excellent systems notes that are accurate, complete and timely. Apply Customer Service best practices in line with Customer Experience trainings received

A bit about you

  • Previous experience in customer relations/sales
  • You are a team player
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Sound technical and numerical skills
  • Ability communicated effectively with other team members
  • GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
