🚀 AI Operations Specialist – London, UK

🏠 Working Model: Remote, with occasional travel to the client site when required

💼 Contract: 6 Months

💰 Rate: £150/day Inside IR35

📌 Experience: 1–4 years


We are currently looking for an AI Operations Specialist to support enterprise AI adoption, platform operations, technical troubleshooting, license management, and AI-driven workflow optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of AI platforms, IT operations, technical support, automation, and emerging technologies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier-2/3 technical support across AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Figma AI, Cursor and internal AI applications
  • Troubleshoot API integrations, authentication/SSO issues, configurations, and adoption challenges
  • Manage AI platform licenses, utilization, reporting, and cost optimization
  • Support vendor management, procurement activities, and platform evaluations
  • Design and build AI agents, integrations, and automation solutions
  • Develop reusable prompts, agent templates, and integration patterns
  • Handle incidents, platform changes, upgrades, and technical rollouts
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and audit/change records
  • Support AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices
  • Create training materials and enablement resources for technical and non-technical users

🔹 Core Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, Platform Management, or IT Systems
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 AI/developer platforms, such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Figma, Cursor, or similar tools
  • Experience with license management, software provisioning, and vendor management
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and change management experience
  • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL
  • Understanding of APIs, REST/GraphQL, and Postman or similar tools
  • Basic cloud knowledge – AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Git/version control

🔹 Preferred

  • BE/BTech, preferably from an IIT
  • Experience with AI adoption, AI governance, or MLOps
  • ITIL, CompTIA, AWS, or Azure certification
  • Experience developing chatbots, conversational AI, or intelligent automation
  • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, or other security/compliance frameworks
  • Experience within life sciences, biotech, or other regulated environments
