We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Order to Cash Coordinator to join our team at our scenic Northamptonshire office. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. The role serves as a key link between customers, sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders through to invoicing and payment resolution.

The Role
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Vetoquinol’s direct customers, wholesalers, distributors, and internal commercial teams.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
- Act as a local JDE Key User, supporting continuous business process improvement, system enhancements, testing activities, user adoption, and validation of new functionality.
- Manage customer enquiries relating to product availability, order status, deliveries, invoices, returns, and credits.
- Internally collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
- Manage all aspects of the Order-to-Cash cycle, including customer creation, order processing, pricing, stock allocation, delivery tracking through to the resolution of billing/payment queries.
- Support the supply of licensed veterinary medicines and animal health products in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

- Excellent communication skills, proactive approach with high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of ERP-driven business processes.
