Summary
Join Fast Turbo Ltd as a Customer Service Apprentice and build your career in a busy automotive business. You’ll learn how to communicate with customers, answer enquiries, process orders and provide excellent service, while gaining valuable experience and working towards a recognised qualification.

£16,640 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
Duties
- Answering customer calls and enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Picking and checking orders
- Packing orders for dispatch
- Printing delivery and shipping labels
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Updating customer and order records
- Keeping company records and systems up to date
- Providing friendly and professional customer service

Essential qualifications
- GCSE in: English (grade 4)
- Maths (grade 4)
