Job Description
Location: Fully remote
Language Requirement: Fluent French written and verbal communication is essential.
Role Overview: You will be required to answer incoming enquiries across a wide range of topics from our clients in the French market. You will need to identify clients’ needs, clarify the situation, provide a full resolution and re-educate the client to address the root cause of the enquiry. There will also be an element of Collections activity required when speaking with clients. We have created a hybrid environment which allows us to discuss outstanding invoices on an incoming enquiry and provide full resolution or obtain a payment date as the final step. You will be set productivity, telephony, customer satisfaction and quality KPIs to help us drive customer excellence.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role. Additionally, collections experience would be useful.
- Excellent French communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience using CRM system
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment using tools such as Team Video calling
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
