About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and implement best practices for project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and transparently.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Facilitate team meetings, foster collaboration, and motivate team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
