Key Details

Basic Salary: £24,784.50 per annum, paid monthly

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Contract Type: Fixed Term - ending 26th Feb 2027, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Foundever House, Timothy's Bridge Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 9HY

Start Date: 12th October 2026

What will I be doing?

Join our Foundever® family as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You’ll provide support, guidance, and solutions, ensuring that every customer receives a positive and efficient experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by handling a variety of inbound queries.
  • Listen actively to customers and identify their needs.
  • Provide clear and effective solutions, ensuring first-time resolution where possible.
  • Work as part of a supportive team, collaborating to achieve success.
  • Use computer systems efficiently to log customer interactions and update information accurately.
  • Manage multiple conversations confidently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

What skills and experience will I need to succeed?

  • Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Are great listeners who can understand customer needs.
  • Enjoy solving problems and thinking on their feet.
  • Can stay calm and patient, even in challenging situations.
  • Are adaptable and open to feedback.
  • Have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems to navigate and process information quickly.
