Customer Service Representative - 12 Month FTC
Wellingborough | £28,000-£30,000 | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Customer Service or Sales Administration professional looking for your next opportunity?
We're recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established manufacturing business in Wellingborough on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, data analysis and sales administration, with plenty of interaction across both customers and internal teams.
The Role Will Involve
- Managing customer orders, schedules and requirements.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving supply or delivery issues.
- Producing sales, KPI and forecasting reports.
- Using Excel to analyse data, create reports and manage spreadsheets.
- Coordinating transport, customer packaging and despatch documentation.
- Supporting continuous improvement, new product introduction and engineering change projects.

We're Looking For Someone With
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Processing or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership.
- Experience with an MRP/ERP system would be advantageous.
Experience within manufacturing or automotive, or knowledge of Oracle/MRP systems and German language skills, would be beneficial but isn't essential - training can be provided for the right person.

What's on offer?
- £28,000-£30,000 salary
- 12-month FTC
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 3 additional days reserved for Christmas shutdown
- Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
- Friday 8:00am-1:30pm
- Immediate start available
