About The Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Prepare and present candidate reports and recruitment metrics to management and clients.
