Customer Service & Sales Support Representative

Guildford | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | £15.00-£16.50 per hour (£28,000-£30,000 equivalent) | Temp-to-Perm

We're partnering with a leading luxury eyewear brand to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative for an initial 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent.

This is a premium customer experience role where you'll become a product and brand specialist, delivering a high-touch, consultative service to both B2B and B2C customers. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, solving problems and going above and beyond to create an exceptional customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product queries
  • Building strong relationships with retail partners and consumers

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records
