About The Role
You will join a close-knit team providing waste and recycling solutions to businesses across the UK. Developing relationships with our customers to provide an excellent service you will be their point of contact for all enquiries, mainly via email but some calls will be expected, using problem solving skills to resolve issues and organisation to ensure services run smoothly.
As you develop your understanding of your customers’ needs you will be able to identify new sales opportunities with them, we will help you to learn the industry and our products and services, while a good numeracy ability will underpin this.
You’ll need to enjoy working as part of a team both with your immediate team as well as working with colleagues across the business such as assisting Account Managers with mobilising new contracts. A good ability with IT to ensure efficient use of the computer systems used to manage customer interactions and good communication both written and verbally.
We really are one big team, both to get the job done through the day but we also enjoy spending time together away from the office, whether joining in with a team activity, fund raising or celebrating a team achievement there will be opportunities to get involved.
Additional Information
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
- Based full time at our Bristol office (BS3 1TF).
- Customer Service Representative is a job title used for advertising purposes only, the internal job title is Customer Account Executive.

What We Need From You
- Experience in customer service, whether that be in an office, retail or hospitality.
- Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- IT Literate, a good ability with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy when placing orders.
