JOB DESCRIPTION - GENERAL FUNCTIONALITY
- To deal with all customer enquiries received by phone, e-mail or in person.
- To generate quotations from enquiries and process orders.
- Reacting to customer needs from a sales perspective, order management and technical support are necessary.
- It is also the job of CSR to support the external sales representative in their day to day function.
- Also dealing with suppliers and service partners to fully resolve queries and open issues.

RESPONSIBILITY
- The CSR will be responsible for their own work flow and general time management.
- The CSR will be responsible for their own cost management within company guidelines and will work diligently to keep operational costs to a minimum.
- It is the responsibility of the CSR to dress smartly appropriately for work and to maintain a clean and fresh appearance.
- All company equipment will be kept in good and clean condition.
REPORTING TO
The CSR shall report directly to the Head of Customer Service & Accounts Manager.
HOURS OF WORK

- 08.30 – 5.00pm (4.00pm Fridays)
AREA OF AUTHORITY
The CSR will have authority over pricing within pre-defined guidelines in order to aid the company achieve its sales target.
DESIREABLE QUALIFICATION
- The CSR must have experience within an internal sales environment and must possess good inter-personal skills in order to deal with people at all levels within an organisation.
- A basic understanding of engineering is preferable.
- A good level of competency must be demonstrated in:
- Mathematics
- English
- I.T
