Planned Office Move: Maidenhead – October 2026
Department: Customer Support Centre – MedTech
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until 18 December 2026
Hours: Full-time, 37 Hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09.30am until 17.30pm.
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour (First 12 week), after 12 Weeks £14.40 per hour
Reports to: Team Leader
Hybrid: 3 Days minimum on-site
Location: Pinewood, Wokingham, RG40 3EW (Until October 2026)
Manpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a global leader in healthcare innovation, to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Support Centre team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing, professional customer service function supporting a broad portfolio of innovative medical technologies used by healthcare professionals worldwide. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers, contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong customer-first mindset, accuracy in execution, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, regulated environment. They will also embrace Johnson & Johnson's leadership behaviours and Credo values, helping to maintain the highest standards of customer experience.
Important
Candidates must be able to work from Pinewood initially and commit to relocating to the Maidenhead office from October 2026, in line with the planned office move.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries through to effective and timely resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately, following established procedures and controls.
- Log all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM with a right-first-time approach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing valuable feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Drive first-time resolution and support service excellence across all customer interactions.
- Support quality, accuracy, and performance monitoring within Customer Services.
- Assist senior team members with day-to-day operational activities.
- Support eCommerce channels and ongoing order automation initiatives.
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to departmental goals.
- Positively contribute to team development, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Act in accordance with Johnson & Johnson Credo values, compliance standards, and health & safety requirements.

About You
You will be a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment. You'll take ownership of your work, demonstrate initiative, and consistently deliver a high standard of service while building strong working relationships across the business.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Educated to A-Level standard or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally telephone based.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident using CRM systems and IT tools; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a demanding environment.
- Strong decision-making skills and personal accountability.
- Knowledge of Excel and reporting tools is desirable.
- Experience with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous.
