Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and driving our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include:

- Proactively resolving customer concerns
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with dealers and suppliers to provide timely updates
- Assisting customers with in-life vehicle queries
Salary and Location
The position is based at our office in Didsbury, Manchester, which has excellent public transport links and limited, free on-site parking. We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, rising to £27,000 per annum after six months. You will also be entitled to a range of company benefits after a qualifying period, including:
