Customer Service Representative - Print & Direct Mail
📍 Location: Westfield Trading Estate, Midsomer Norton
⏰ Hours: Full Time, Office Based
💰 Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
📅 Closing date: Monday 31st August 2026
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customers throughout the lifecycle of their print and direct mail projects.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Coordinating print, mailing and fulfilment projects.
- Keeping customers informed of order progress.
- Working closely with Sales, Production and Fulfilment teams.
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
Desirable
- Experience within print, direct mail or fulfilment.
- Knowledge of print production and mailing processes.
- Experience with hybrid mail platforms and digital document delivery solutions.
