Christmas is Fortnum & Mason’s most memorable time of year, and our Customer Services team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for customers across the UK and around the world.

We are looking for confident, personable and highly organised Seasonal Customer Services Advisors to join our Head Office team from October to December. Based in the heart of Piccadilly, this hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment during our busiest trading period.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Customer Services Advisor, you will support customers across multiple channels, helping with sales, order enquiries, delivery updates and aftercare. You will work closely with couriers, customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure every interaction reflects the Fortnum & Mason standard of service.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who are confident communicators, comfortable with systems and motivated by delivering excellent customer care. You will need to be organised, adaptable and able to manage your own workload while remaining a supportive team player.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
