Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Basingstoke (Onsite)

Pay Rate: GBP15.00 per hour

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 9:00-17:00, Fri 9:00-15:30)

Contract Duration: Fixed-Term through to 30/04/2027

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as a central hub for communication and administrative operations across the office:

  • Executing core administrative tasks, including maintaining record management systems, ordering supplies, and handling basic bookkeeping work.
  • Drafting and preparing essential business documents such as invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and letters.
  • Managing corporate records by filing, organising, and retrieving documentation as needed.
  • Sorting and distributing all incoming communication, including emails and faxes, and drafting professional responses to standard inquiries.

What We Are Looking For

To excel in this position, you will need to bring:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in administrative or customer service environments.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid experience using core computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
  • Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
