Aloe Studios London is a London-based recording studio focused on collecting high-quality data to train advanced AI video models. The studio offers an accessible environment where individuals can contribute to shaping more accurate and inclusive AI technologies.
Role Description
The Customer Service Representative is a contract, on-site role based in London. In this position, the representative will:
- Greet visitors
- Answer inquiries
- Guide participants through the studio’s sign-up and data collection process

Daily tasks include:


Get help with your application

- Responding to phone and email queries
- Explaining studio procedures clearly
- Resolving basic service issues
- Ensuring a welcoming, organised environment
The role also involves:
- Capturing feedback from participants
- Coordinating with studio staff to schedule sessions
- Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions to support a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Skills related to customer-facing roles, such as experience as Customer Service Representatives and familiarity with Customer Service practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and listen actively.
- Comfort working on-site in a busy studio environment, with basic organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and inclusive when engaging with clients.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-of-house roles is beneficial but not required.
