Job Description

Join Raymarine, a leading marine electronics company that designs and manufactures innovative products for boating, sailing, fishing and light commercial marine markets. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive excellent support for product orders, repairs and warranty services. Working closely with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management and Engineering teams, you will help deliver a positive customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of our service processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships and working in a collaborative environment where their contribution has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success.

Your job in plain text

  • Receive, track and dispatch products submitted for repair or service
  • Coordinate communication between customers and the service team by phone and email
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, payments and service records
  • Support order management and administrative activities within the Customer Service department
  • Monitor office stock levels and maintain essential office and workshop supplies
  • Identify process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams when required
  • Undertake all mandatory training as requested

This job is onsite in Fareham, UK

  • Carry out the role in accordance with all relevant legislation and following Raymarine’s policies and processes (including but not limited to those relating to ethics, compliance, cyber security, product development, labour and human rights, and the environment.)

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have

  • Experience in customer service, administration and process support
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP
  • Knowledge of export control processes and procedures would be advantageous
