About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is vital in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and positive experience throughout their rental journey. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle rentals, handling returns, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our services. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be instrumental in helping us meet our service standards and achieve key performance indicators. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse customer base. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in computer applications are essential for managing bookings, payments, and documentation accurately. A full driving license held for at least 12 months is required, as some duties may involve driving company vehicles. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to develop your skills and knowledge of our processes.

Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Identifying and exceeding customer requirements to enhance their experience
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly
  • Coordinating the delivery and collection of rental vehicles at designated locations
  • Managing the rental process efficiently by verifying customer information, processing payments, and completing rental agreements in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of retail rental procedures and consistently adhering to the Switch process to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses
  • Developing in-depth product knowledge to maximize customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales
  • Working within Service Level Agreements to meet branch KPI targets
  • Undertaking additional duties such as vehicle driving and cleaning, depending on operational needs
