About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Preston. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in customer service and the automotive leasing industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers throughout their rental journey. Responsibilities include assisting customers with vehicle rentals, returns, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to achieving branch KPIs.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, demonstrating a professional and friendly demeanor. Strong administrative abilities and proficiency in computer systems are essential for managing bookings, payments, and documentation accurately. A full driving license held for at least 12 months is mandatory, as some duties may involve driving company vehicles. Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, regardless of their prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and exceed customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Complete all administrative tasks daily, including processing rental agreements and payments.
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery and collection of rental vehicles at designated locations.
- Verify customer information accurately and efficiently manage the rental process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of retail rental procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Consistently adhere to the Switch process and service level agreements to meet KPIs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional assistance.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to enhance the customer experience and identify sales opportunities.
- Support additional duties such as driving and vehicle cleaning as required by the company.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve branch objectives and maintain high service standards.
