About the Role

We are currently seeking a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues while providing effective solutions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Process customer requests, account updates, orders, returns, and other service-related transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within company systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet established customer service standards, performance goals, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to remain professional, patient, and courteous in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
