Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in retail, home textiles, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and improve existing marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Assist in product launches, promotional events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral and lead generation activities.
