Office Monster was established in 2013. We are one of the fastest growing eCommerce Business Supplies and Office Furniture companies in the UK and are currently recruiting for an individual to join our Customer Service Team here at Office Monster.

We provide innovative solutions with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement, we pride ourselves on maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Summary

  • Handling all ranges of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels. Ensuring prompt, accurate and comprehensive answers.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all areas of the Customer Service role are fulfilled.
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Working alongside our suppliers to ensure our customers receive a smooth and efficient ordering experience.
  • Building rapport with Customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of communication.
  • Engaging with the Sales Team to recognise any potential quotes for larger order enquiries.
  • Using initiative to prioritise your daily workload ensuring all daily tasks are complete.
  • Actively seeking feedback from customers to help identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide efficient and effective solutions for customers.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the team by maintaining a positive attitude and supporting colleagues.
