Job Description
Salary: £28,860 per annum + up to 10% annual bonus & benefits package
Location: Marylebone
First three months onsite to support Training prior to Hybrid working to be introduced.
The successful candidate will co-ordinate & oversee the day-to-day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise targets, productivity & customer service.
What you will be doing?
- Welcoming & greeting Service Users on arrival; both Face to Face or via telephone/video call
- Managing daily appointment sessions
- Carrying out ‘reminder’ calls to customers for appointments
- Monitoring session progress & backfill appointments where necessary
- Working collaboratively with other Assessment Centres (including Team Members, Team Leaders & Health Care Practitioners)

To be successful you require:
- Strong IT Literacy – working knowledge of CRMs
- Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people; utilizing strong interpersonal skills supporting individuals with ever-changing complex needs
- Exposure to dealing with multiple people, having difficult conversations, providing tailored solutions relating to people with ‘lived experience’. Successful candidates must be non-judgmental, open-minded and honest when dealing with service-users
