About Us

Rapid Frame is home to the Formula One Range Group of which, we have been established since 1998. We are proud to announce we have six companies within, being manufacturing and trade sites, for the window industry, in the Midlands, Shropshire, Wales and Swindon areas.

Opportunity

Due to expansion and growth within our industry, we now have a great opportunity available for someone to join our Customer Services team, at our offices in Walsall.

Skills & Experience

  • Ideally experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a capability of conveying complex information clearly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good general all-round communication, internal & external
  • Work closely with supervision
  • Work to deadlines
  • Strong Excel and Outlook required
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Empathetic and patient when handling customer enquiries
  • Experience in the window industry beneficial
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth
