Description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries coming into the business will be providing quotations taking orders and processing onto the system building excellent relationships and ensuring each customer has an excellent experience.

  • Working in a busy high volume environment
  • Working closely with other members of the organisation
  • Helping grow accounts and seeking opportunity for further business development
  • Rebuilding connections with any lapsed customers
  • Identifying accounts where further growth and value can be added
  • Supporting with a range of administrative tasks
  • Organising systems and files
  • Ensuring a keen eye for detail

Profile

  • Previous timber and construction experience would be desirable
  • Experience of working within a sales order processing role
  • Strong communication skills and able to build good working relationships
  • A keen eye for detail with good organisation skills
  • Able to work in a targeted busy high volume environment
  • An excellent team player
