About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in the home textiles or retail industry is highly desirable, with a proven track record of managing product development, quality assurance, or supply chain operations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also required. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery
- Collaborating with design teams to develop innovative products that align with market trends and customer preferences
- Ensuring quality standards are met through rigorous testing and inspection processes
- Coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery, managing any issues that arise efficiently
- Monitoring inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts
- Analyzing market data and customer feedback to inform product improvements and new development initiatives
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards, ensuring the company's commitment to responsible business practices
