About The Role
The Customer Service Representative at Switch plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for customers throughout their car rental journey. This full-time position involves engaging with customers to assist them in renting, returning, and resolving any issues related to their rentals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Identifying and exceeding customer requirements by providing tailored solutions and support.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks, such as completing rental agreements, verifying customer information, and processing payments, are completed accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
- Coordinating and facilitating the delivery and collection of rental vehicles to and from designated locations.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of retail rental procedures and consistently complying with the Switch process.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly, ensuring effective communication with customers and team members.
- Developing in-depth product knowledge to help maximize the customer experience and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet branch KPI objectives.
- Undertaking additional duties such as driving or cleaning vehicles when required by management.
