Customer Service Representative
Location: Kent
Contract: PAYE - 12 month
Salary: Up to £36,000 a year
Do you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships, and making a real difference for customers? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and compliantly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, healthcare professionals, and internal colleagues.
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, accurate, and customer-focused manner.
- Manage complex complaints, queries, and escalations while maintaining a high level of service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Investigate customer concerns and identify effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Support operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, processes, and quality standards.
