The Opportunity

In this role, you won't just take orders - you will be the ultimate champion for our customers and the critical link between our clients, sales, production, and logistics teams. If you love a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership, multi-task complex workloads, and genuinely make an impact on company success, we want to hear from you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will portray an excellent company image, encouraging repeat business by acting as the main focal point for all customer needs.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Take accurate orders, continually monitor order progress, and build deep rapport with both internal and external customers.
  • Drive forward programming (creating FOP), communicate with customers regarding future orders, and optimise capacity.
  • Liaison with production and dispatch to anticipate issues. In the event of supply problems, you will coordinate delivery and guide through revised programmes.
  • Negotiate delivery schedules of company and customers, and swiftly investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Maintain a strict awareness of company Health & Safety policies and commit to your own continuous learning and development through coaching.

Knowledge & Experience

  • A proven, experienced track record in customer service delivery with a deeply customer-focused approach.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to manage complex workloads and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate seamlessly across various channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership of setbacks, assess complex situations, and make effective decisions under pressure.
