Evolution provides quality, innovative equipment to the bottling, food & personal care packaging sectors. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Representative.
Role Overview
In this office-based role, you will play a key part in supporting our aftermarket business by providing exceptional customer service while proactively driving parts and service sales growth. You will manage customer inquiries, quotations, and orders while partnering with customers to identify opportunities that improve equipment performance, further our customer relationships, and provide long-term support.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Proactively sell our products, parts, and services to our established customers.
- Identify our customer needs and recommend valuable aftermarket solutions.
- Liaise with suppliers, engineers, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and correct transfer of information.
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and positive relationships with both our customers and our suppliers.
- Provide ongoing, product life-cycle support to our customers after completion of sale and machine has been accepted.
- Prepare offers and quotations to assist the Life-Cycle Management department.
- Maintain the integrity of our records by identifying/correcting/communicating inaccuracies in customer information and parts.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, prompt manner while proactively following up on open quotes, and customer needs to drive orders.

Requirements
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Technical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- History of excellent customer interface skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable handling various customer interactions, such as order processing, enquiries, and upselling.
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment where daily priorities often shift.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and can work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
