Service Delivery Coordinator
Location: Motherwell (Maxim Park) – Hybrid (Initial full-time office training, transitioning to 2 days/week)
Salary: Approx. £41,600
The Role
We are partnering with a leading telecommunications provider to hire a Service Delivery Coordinator for a key network expansion project. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers requiring essential network equipment upgrades.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Reach out to B2B clients via phone and email to coordinate the replacement of outdated technology.
- Proactively follow up with customers to secure agreement for necessary service upgrades.
- Pass successfully contacted clients over to the scheduling team for deployment.
- Operate effectively and independently within a dedicated project team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with professional customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in a B2B setting, scheduling, customer service, or business support is highly advantageous.
- Previous telecom experience is a bonus, though not essential.
