Customer Service Representative

Do you enjoy meeting new people, helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment?
Apollo Associates is growing, and we're looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Customer Experience Representatives. This is a customer-focused role where you'll speak directly with customers, understand what they're looking for and help them find the products and services that best suit their needs.
No previous experience is required. You'll receive full training, ongoing coaching and support from day one, giving you the opportunity to develop your communication, customer service and sales skills while building a long-term career.

The role will involve:
- Meeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional way

We're looking for people who are confident, approachable and enjoy working with others. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or other customer-facing roles is useful but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and desire to develop.

The role is full-time and permanent, with performance-based bonuses and incentives. Immediate starts may also be available for the right candidate.
