Customer Service Representative

Contract: 25 weeks
Location: Newcastle
Rate: £22,530 for the duration of the contract

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading global professional services organisation specialising in technology, digital transformation, and customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with strong telecommunications knowledge to join a collaborative team, solve customer-related queries, and use your expertise in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and resolve lower-complexity customer and telecommunications-related issues.
  • Respond to customer queries through chat and other communication channels.
  • Work closely with colleagues and escalate issues to supervisors where appropriate.
  • Follow established processes and instructions to deliver accurate, consistent support.
  • Contribute effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of your assigned workload.

About You:

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service, telecommunications, contact centre, or a related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications, ideally with experience supporting customers through chat.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, including rotational shifts.
