Reliable, committed and professional person required for a well run company that will invest a lot of time into your training. Exact location is Eastleigh (near Southampton). This is an opportunity for a steady job with internal career progression.
About the Role
The role of the Membership and Insurance Services Team members is to support the efficient and effective processing of the member journey, maintain accurate records and providing excellent service to meet member needs. Team members work as a team to achieve targets set in order that xxx’s strategic objectives are met. xxx is committed to the regular monitoring and review of individual performance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Process xxx documentation, data and information accurately and efficiently, within the agreed SLA, targets and procedures.
- Actively promote products and services offered by xxx to members and non-members.
- Effectively and professionally communicate with all stakeholders to promote the xxx brand and image and provide high levels of service to meet member needs.
- Effectively liaise with the broker and underwriter regarding member claims.
- Proactively identify issues arising and contribute to resolution.
- Ensure professional and efficient customer service and SLA is adhered to.
- Actively participate in development projects and activities.
- Efficiently plan and manage own workload, resources and time to maximize efficiency.
- To comply with the company’s relevant policies and procedures, particularly regarding confidentiality, care, security and human resource management.
- Ensuring that all personnel do all that is reasonably practicable to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, having regard to appropriate risk assessments and ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements and advise accordingly.
- Actively managing personal development in agreement with the Manager.
- To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the xxx including attending shows and exhibitions.
