Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Sheffield. The Customer Service Representative will handle in-person, phone, and online inquiries, ensuring orders are taken accurately and customers receive clear information about products, offers, and delivery times. The role includes resolving customer concerns, processing order changes, and coordinating with kitchen and delivery teams to support smooth operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining a friendly and professional service environment, updating customer records where needed, and following company policies to uphold service standards. The position requires working in a fast-paced setting, supporting peak hours and contributing to an efficient, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer-facing roles, including Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service functions.
- Skills in Customer Support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing order-related requests.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Focus on delivering a positive Customer Experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with diverse customers.
- Ability to work on-site in Sheffield, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Comfort with basic computer and point-of-sale systems; prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
