We are Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (Hybrid – 40% onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, inventory, and enquiries while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and international manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and customer portals.
- Process orders, forecasts, and purchase orders using ERP/order management systems.
- Manage inventory, backorders, delays, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate orders with manufacturing sites in Switzerland and Malaysia.
- Process RMAs, returns, and service quotations.
- Resolve order, invoicing, and payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Operations Support.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP / Order Management systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred
- Bachelor's degree.
- Manufacturing, logistics, or production environment experience.
- Experience with inventory management or production scheduling.
- SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar ERP experience.
Important: Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Leamington Spa and be able to work onsite approximately 40% of the time.
