About Us

At Pollards, we’re more than just a print company — we’re a full-service creative and marketing partner. With sites in Buckingham, Exeter and Plymouth, our group brings together the expertise of 63 Studio (creative design), Pollards/BCQ (print, wide format, mailing, fulfilment and warehouse management), and Redrok (merchandise & workwear) to deliver everything our clients need under one roof.

From concept to campaign, we help some of the UK’s most recognised brands to stand out, connect with audiences and achieve results. Whether it’s eye-catching creative, precision print, impactful signage, or branded merchandise and workwear, we bring ideas to life and make sure every detail counts.

Our team is at the heart of what we do. We value collaboration, problem-solving and a can-do attitude, and we’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with our clients and each other. This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and shape the future of our industry.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative (Account Manager) to join our growing team. This role will be based from one of our sites (Buckingham, Exeter or Plymouth) but will work closely with colleagues and clients across the group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
