About SyncBaseCare

SyncBaseCare is a growing healthcare technology company providing an all-in-one digital care management platform for care homes and care providers. Our platform helps care teams manage resident records, care notes, eMAR medication management, staff coordination, appointments, family communication and other day-to-day care operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely.

You will support our customers and prospective customers, answer questions about SyncBaseCare, help users understand the platform and ensure they receive a positive experience when interacting with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Assist customers with questions about the SyncBaseCare platform
  • Help new customers with onboarding and basic platform guidance
  • Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or issues have been resolved
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional experience
  • Share customer feedback with the wider team to help improve our product and services

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service or customer support experience
  • Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, email and online channels
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Comfortable learning and explaining software products
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with SaaS, healthcare or the UK care sector would be an advantage
