Customer Service Advisor - £13.04 per hour (Immediate start)
Do you love talking to people and solving problems? We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused advisors to join our team on a temporary basis, helping us manage a high volume of customer enquiries. No experience needed - just the right attitude and full training will get you started.
Duration
4 weeks initially, with potential for extension
Location
Whitley, Yorkshire (fully onsite)
Hours
Full time, 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday
Pay
£13.04 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering incoming customer enquiries and making outgoing calls (no cold calling - all enquiry-based)
- Helping us work through and clear a backlog of customer requests
- Delivering brilliant customer service on every call
- Getting to grips with our systems and processes (we'll train you!)
- Pitching in as part of a friendly, supportive team
What We're Looking For
- A confident, friendly telephone manner
- Great customer service instincts
- Someone who picks things up quickly and isn't afraid to ask questions
- A real team player who's happy to muck in
- Available full time, onsite, for the full duration
