Your tasks
- Managing customer quotations, enquiries, and orders, ensuring timely and accurate responses, typically within 24 hours.
- Coordinating technical, commercial, and quality-related enquiries, working closely with specialist teams across the business to provide effective solutions.
- Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication and a thorough understanding of customer requirements, future projects, and market trends.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and other international teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all documentation and correspondence are up to date and well organized.
- Taking ownership of actions arising from internal and external customer requests, following through to successful resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, helping to minimize sales administration errors, and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Supporting a culture of excellence, compliance, and safety by adhering to company procedures and Health & Safety requirements at all times.

Your profile
- Several years of experience in a customer support role and/or sales position
- Profound technical understanding and knowledge
- Good numeracy and computer literate, with Microsoft Office experience
- Prior SAP knowledge is highly beneficial
- Understanding of planning/supply chain networks
