Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support the Order-to-Cash process by assisting franchisees and customers via phone and email. You will process orders, credits, payments, and resolve customer queries while delivering excellent customer service and meeting agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and franchisee enquiries by phone and email.
  • Process orders, credits, invoices, and payments accurately.
  • Manage outstanding accounts and collect payments where required.
  • Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contact Centre.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Previous customer service experience (or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
