Customer Service & Administration Coordinator

Quedgeley, Gloucester | £26,500 | Hybrid & Flexible Working

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing and innovative organisation based in Gloucester, with the recruitment of a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join their expanding team.

We are looking for the successful candidate to start in November 2026 in order to avoid the company's peak busiest time to allow for training and onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, organised and eager to learn, looking to build a long-term career within a growing business.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly, professional and helpful service across telephone and email enquiries. You’ll also provide essential administrative support and ensure messages and customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. This is a varied role where no two days will necessarily be the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills and utilising an inquisitive mindset.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
