A little about us:

We're not just another fintech – we're rebuilding money from the ground up. TallyMoney turns physical gold into spendable currency, giving people real choice over their financial future. While traditional banks play games with your money, we're backing it with actual gold you can spend anywhere, anytime.

In a world first, we've created a revolutionary platform that seamlessly connects physical gold to everyday banking. Every TallyMoney account comes with its own sort code, account number, and IBAN, plus a Mastercard® that works worldwide. The difference? Your money is actually yours, backed by your own real gold stored in a Swiss vault.

We're hunting for bold thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're smart, driven, and genuinely fired up about giving people back control of their money, you'll fit right in here.

Our values aren't just wall art – they're our battle plan:

  • We're on a mission to protect people's financial well-being when the traditional system won't
  • We obsess over delivering sound money because every customer's financial freedom matters
  • We're a tight-knit crew that pushes boundaries while having each other's backs
  • We set ambitious goals, track them religiously, and never stop evolving – individually and as a team

Our Vision isn't just warm word salad - it's what we passionately strive for:

'Sound Money for a Brighter Future'

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
