Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hastings. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the order process and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll use your German and English language skills to support our customer base, including German-speaking accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Manage customer orders, order changes, and customer enquiries in German and English.
  • Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
  • Process quotations, returns, and related documentation.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and identify effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support customer requirements.
  • Monitor customer backlogs and support on-time delivery performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service, customer support, or order management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience is advantageous but not essential.
