As a Customer Service Advisor
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers and you'll be helping solve any queries and help troubleshoot any problems. Put simply, our Customer Service Advisor is the digital face of Perfume Direct!

Main Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain exceptionally high levels of customer service via email, phone, and social media
- Respond and mitigate Trustpilot reviews and concerns
- Show proactiveness and ownership skills to solve customer problems
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs
- Be the first line of defence to prevent fraud
- Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
- Provide customers accurate information related to their order

Essential Requirements
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A calm, supportive, and patient approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems
