Description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to place an order with the business.

You will be handling a range of queries, providing excellent product knowledge, supporting with quotations and taking orders alongside processing on the system.

The role will be supporting customers throughout their order journey from start to finish and will work closely with other members of the business to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Previous customer service and sales order processing experience
  • An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a busy, fast-paced volume environment
  • A keen eye for detail and good organization
