Customer Service Representative

Contract: 39 weeks
Location: Newcastle
Rate: £33,970 for the contract duration

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading global professional services organisation specialising in technology, digital transformation, and customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with an interest in telecommunications to join a collaborative team, solve customer-related queries, and build valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The role may involve rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and resolve customer queries and lower-complexity issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide support relating to telecommunications and customer communications.
  • Work closely with colleagues and escalate issues to supervisors where required.
  • Follow detailed instructions and established processes to ensure high-quality service.
  • Contribute as an individual team member while supporting wider team objectives.

About You:

  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service, telecommunications, contact centre, or a related environment.
  • An understanding of telecommunications and customer communications is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve issues effectively.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and communicating with colleagues at different levels.
  • Flexible and willing to work rotational shifts when required.
