Role Description

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester. In this position, the representative will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about Inspire Telecom’s products and services. The representative will document interactions in internal systems, follow established procedures, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. This role also supports sales and retention efforts by recognising customer needs, promoting suitable solutions, and maintaining a professional, supportive demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Experience fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience through attentive, solution-focused communication.
  • Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and clear problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM or call center systems, and learning new software tools quickly.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rochester, manage time effectively, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset; prior experience in telecoms is an advantage but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or qualifications in customer service or communications are a plus.
